Crowne Plaza Hollywood Beach Hotel has been chosen as an Expedia Insiders' Select(TM) Hotel by the popular travel Web site. According to Expedia, this designation represents only the top 1% of all hotels and resorts offered through the travel service.

To select this annual list, Expedia considers hundreds of thousands of customer reviews along with professional opinions provided by Expedia experts. In a letter to hotel management, Expedia Partner Services Group Presidents Dhiren Fonseca and Gary Fritz identified the characteristics that earned the Hollywood Beach resort this important award:

"...your hotel was identified as consistently delivering superior services, an exceptional guest experience and notable value."

The award comes with more than a pat on the back. On average, Insiders' Select(TM) properties realize a 5% increase in production in the six months after winning the award compared to the six months just before winning. In addition, the Crowne Plaza Hollywood Beach will be designated as an award winner on both Expedia search results and the property description page on all global Web sites.

Finally, the hotel received a plaque to display at the front desk.
