    Mary Paz Canseco has been named general manager of the AAA four-diamond Embassy Suites Hotel Mexico City-Reforma.

    Canseco joined the Embassy Suites Hotel Mexico City in 2005 as director of human resources and training. Canseco was instrumental in the recruitment and training of the property's opening team, developing an employee training program that contributed to the following recognition:

    AAA Four Diamond award winner (within one year of opening)

    Consistently ranked in the Top Three for the Mexico City hotels listing in Trip Advisor since opening in 2006

    Ranked #32 'Best Companies to Work For' by CNN-Expansion '101 Super Empresas' (The Best Enterprises)

    Prior to rejoining Embassy Suites Mexico City, Canseco was the director of human resources and training at the St. Regis Punta Mita. She has worked in the hotel industry since 1987 and has executive experience in human resources, accounting, sales and purchasing, including positions with The Four Seasons Mexico City.
