CCRA Travel Solutions (CCRA), a leading travel distribution and technology company serving the hospitality and professional travel planner industries, today announced its intention to relocate its corporate headquarters from Agoura Hills, CA, to Fort Worth, TX.
The decision to relocate the company's headquarters is part of CCRA's ongoing consolidation of its three operating units, Reservation Center, CCRA Supplier Strategies and CCRAtravel.com under the CCRA Travel Solutions banner earlier this year.
Dic Marxen, President and Chief Executive Officer, said, 'After careful analysis of both the requirements of our individual business units and the impact on our new organization, we determined that consolidating our operations in Fort Worth offered us the best opportunity to aggressively pursue the strategies that will carry us through the next several years.'
Marxen added, 'In creating CCRA Travel Solutions, our goal is to consolidate our position as both a leader and an innovator in the travel arena. Relocating to Fort Worth will significantly reduce our operating expenses and better enable us to realize the full potential of our new organization. Our intention is to have completed the move by the second quarter of 2010. We still intend to maintain a presence in California.'
