Settlement Allows Quiznos to Focus on Franchise Owner Profitability, Customer Satisfaction
Quiznos today announced that United States District Judge Rebecca Pallmeyer preliminarily approved the settlement of class action lawsuits pending since 2006.
Judge Pallmeyer's ruling did not include any finding of fault by any party.
