Ground Broken For Quality Inn & Suites Hotel In Atlantic City Area |

ABSECON/GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, N.J. ( Nov. 18, 2002) -- Ground was broken last week for a new 50-unit Quality Inn & Suites hotel at 202 East White Horse Pike (off exit 40 of the Garden State Parkway).
The hotel, expected to open in May, 2003, is owned by Alpha Hospitality, LLC and managed by Infinity Hotel Group, LLC of Atco, N.J. The general contractor is Ehret Construction Company, and the architect is Jag Deshpande and Associates, Inc., both of Wilmington, Del.
When open, the new Quality Inn & Suites hotel will feature 50 rooms and suites with one king or two queen beds. The hotel will feature Jacuzzi suites, a bridal suite with fireplace, executive rooms and suites, and a family suite that will sleep five people.
Each room will feature a contemporary room décor, remote-control 25-inch cable TV with movies on demand, CNN and ESPN, telephones with data port, in-room coffee, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Some units will have a Micro-Fridge and Jacuzzi tubs. Non-smoking rooms, adjoining rooms and rooms for individuals with disabilities will be available.
In addition to the heated indoor pool, hotel features will include a fitness center, business center and 600 square feet of meeting space capable of accommodating 40 people.
Guests of the Quality Inn & Suites will receive free local telephone calls, a complimentary USA TODAY newspaper and a 100 percent guest satisfaction guarantee. Also, the hotel will offer a complimentary breakfast consisting of muffins, donuts, fruit, juice, coffee, tea and milk.
Room rates will begin at $59. Children, ages 18 and under, stay free when accompanied by an adult.
Discounts will be available when booked in advance on a space-available basis for senior citizens, AAA members, business travelers, government and military personnel and groups.
The hotel will be conveniently located near Atlantic City beaches, boardwalk and casinos and only three and a half miles from Atlantic City International Airport.
