The ALIS program, which begins in the afternoon on Monday, prior to the opening reception, will feature presentations by HVS's Mark Lynn on Owning Hotels Isn't What It Used to Be!, and by me on The Outlook for Transactions - What's for Sale and What Deals Make Sense. HVS will also be skating in the 'ALIS on ICE' team competition. ALIS on ICE will raise scholarships for Cal Poly Pomona's hotel school and will be held Wednesday afternoon immediately after the keynote presentation by Mr. Barry Diller.
