Castle Resorts & Hotels Announces Staff Promotion and New Appointments

  • Castle Resorts and Hotels Castle Resorts & Hotels announces the following changes in managerial staff.

    Crystal Del Rosario is promoted to the position of Manager of Contracts and Sales Distribution, a role in which she prepares wholesale contracts and manages large online travel agency accounts. Del Rosario is a nine-year veteran with Castle, having joined the company after completing her formal studies in Hospitality. She began her career as a Reservations Sales Agent. After being promoted to Sales Coordinator, Del Rosario served as Interim Reservations Manager, a role in which she managed the Castle Hawaii Call Center.  As Manager of Contracts and Sales Distribution, she provides an important link between Castle Resorts & Hotels and its key online distribution channels as well as traditional agency partners.

    Stanley Fujioka recently joined Castle Resorts & Hotels as Sales Manager. He is a 34 year veteran of the Hawaii travel industry, having acquired broad experience in such roles as Regional Director of Sales at Outrigger Hotels and Resorts, and most recently in sales management with the Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group. Fujioka's responsibilities include working closely with U.S. domestic tour companies and wholesalers in expanding bookings of Castle Resorts & Hotels properties through staff training and providing a wide range of sales generating initiatives.

    Eric Burgoyne has been appointed Senior Director of Marketing. His travel industry background includes positions as General Manager and Marketing & Sales Director at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Lufthansa German Airlines, based in England and on the mainland. More recently he directed marketing and sales functions at Atlantis Adventures Hawaii. In his position with Castle Resorts & Hotels, Burgoyne manages and coordinates marketing programs, budgeting, and strategic planning and marketing services for the Castle brand and individual Castle properties.
