ATLANTA (Dec. 12, 2002) - Baxter Motel LLC and Atlanta-based U.S. Franchise Systems, parent company of the franchisor of the Hawthorn hotel brand, have opened Minnesota's newest Hawthorn hotel at 2300 Fairview Road North in Baxter.
Hawthorn Inn & Suites is a mid-market hotel brand, ideal for both extended-stay and shorter trips, offers suite and hotel room accommodations. Hawthorn Inn & Suites provides a full complimentary hot breakfast buffet daily and Wednesday evening social hour, plus an array of guest amenities and business services, all at an excellent value.

The three-story, 54-room Hawthorn Inn & Suites in Baxter features such amenities as an indoor water playland pool, whirlpool and children's pool; fitness room; sauna and a meeting rooms. The property is conveniently located at the intersection of Highway 210 and Highway 371, across from Baxter Industrial Park and only four miles from Brainerd International Raceway.
