Noble House Hotels And Resorts Announces Revenue Management Division Changes |

SEATTLE, WA -- (December 10, 2002) - Yogi Hutsen, Chief Operating Officer of Noble House Hotels and Resorts, has announced the following personnel changes to the company’s Revenue Management Department.
“Noble House Hotels and Resorts is continuously growing and these management changes represent some great steps for the company,” said Hutsen. “We have put together a very dynamic and talented revenue management team.”
Martha Ansotigue has been promoted to Corporate Director, Revenue Management for Noble House Hotels and Resorts. In this new role, Ansotigue will oversee the revenue management function for all Noble House properties in the U.S. and will report directly to Hutsen. .Most recently, Ansotigue was the East Coast Regional Director of Revenue for Noble House, based in Naples, Florida, with responsibility for the Florida Collection and the Hotel Viking. Prior to joining Noble House, she was with Starwood Hotels and Resorts for five years where she held revenue management positions in Florida for their Westin and Sheraton brands. Ansotigue will relocate to Seattle at the beginning of 2003.
Diana Delgado continues as the West Coast Regional Director of Revenue Management. In this role, Delgado has full responsibility for revenue management at Paradise Point Resort & Spa and will directly assist the revenue managers at the company’s West coast properties. Delgado joined Noble House in 2000 as Director of
Revenue Management for Paradise Point and took over regional responsibility in January 2002. Prior to joining Noble House, Delgado held numerous sales positions in San Diego, including national sales manager for L’Auberge Del Mar Resort and Spa and Director of Leisure Sales for the Hotel Del Coronado. She will continue to be based at Paradise Point in San Diego and will report to Martha Ansotigue.
Terri Wainscott has been promoted to Regional Director of Revenue Management for the Florida Collection. Wainscott has full responsibility for revenue management at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples and will directly assist revenue managers at Grove Isle Resort in Miami, Ocean Key Resort in Key West, the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort and Little Palm Island Resort & Spa in the Florida Keys. Prior to joining LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in June of this year, Wainscott was Director of Rooms at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort in Florida, and has held sales and revenue positions with Ritz Carlton, Hilton and Radisson Hotels. Wainscott will remain in Naples, Florida and report to Martha Ansotigue.
