On July 13, 2010, the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS) will host the second ALIS Summer Update, a one-day event presenting a mid-year review of the most popular, timely, and focused sessions from this past ALIS conference. Held at the new JW Marriott at LA LIVE in Los Angeles, California, ALIS Summer Update attendees can also opt to log in to a live global Webcast.
The ALIS Summer Update will feature several of the industry’s most important investment topics, including a session focusing on Distressed Hotels – From Pre-Fault Considerations Through the Options and Opportunities in the Foreclosure & Bankruptcy Scenarios.
