Cendant’s Hotel Group Announces Sales Appointment |
|
PARSIPPANY, N.J – Cendant Corporation’s Hotel Group announced the appointment of Paul Mason as director, tour accounts, in its Worldwide Sales department. |
Based in Parsippany, he will be responsible for the group’s development of tour and leisure accounts in the Northeast.
Mason, a travel industry veteran with 10 years’ experience, began his career in 1993 with the Holiday Inn Downtown in Wilmington, Del., as director of sales. From 1997 to 1999, he was National Account Executive, Tour and Travel Sales, for Red Roof Inns Inc., Columbus, Ohio.
He served Sheraton Suites Wilmington in Delaware from 1999 to 2000 as Director of Sales and Marketing. Mason was National Tour and Travel Manager for Spirit Cruises Inc., in Norfolk, Va., from January to November 2001.
Mason earned his bachelor’s degree from Widener University, Wilmington, in 1987.
