Sale Will Be Conducted By NCL/National Content Liquidators, Inc.
Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. has contracted with NCL/National Content Liquidators, Inc., leading experts in hotel liquidation management, to clear the hotel of its current contents as a prelude to the property’s redevelopment.
The 250 room hotel contents liquidation is being held on-site at the Lakefront Hotel, 507 N. Lakeshore Drive and will open to both the hospitality industry and the general public on Thursday, July 8th. The sale will continue for the next 30 days, Monday-Saturday, 10:00 am-7:00 pm and Sunday, 12:00-5:00 pm. The sale is expected to be well attended so early arrival is encouraged as the sale is “first come, first served”.
In essence, this will be a GIANT GARAGE SALE with everything in the hotel being liquidated including 32” color TV's, king and double beds, bedspreads and drapes, armoires, sofas, game tables and chairs, artwork, lamps, granite vanity sinks, as well as commercial laundry equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, banquet tables and stack chairs, electric door locks, PTAC units and commercial water heaters.
