Anthony Freda Joins The Kapalua Villas As Resort Manager

  • Hotel News Resource TJ Oesterling, general manager for the Outrigger managed The Kapalua Villas, is pleased to announce that Anthony Freda has joined the management team as resort manager.

    In his new role, Anthony Freda is not only  responsible for the day to day resort operations, but will also review and develop department standards of operations, room quality programs as well as programs focused on the growth of core service values, individual and community growth.  
     
    “We are happy to welcome Anthony to the Kapalua Villas ohana,” said Oesterling. “With well over a decade of management experience in luxury hospitality brands, Anthony brings to Kapalua Villas operational, product and financial management skills that will greatly benefit our operations.”
     
    Anthony Freda comes to The Kapalua Villas from Four Seasons Resorts Lanai where he was food and beverage director at the Koele Lodge and Manele Bay Hotels.  Prior to that, he gained valuable management experience working at various four and five diamond properties including Four Seasons Hotels in Florida, Georgia, and New York; The Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Georgia, California, Hawaii and St. Thomas; Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Mississippi, and Hyatt Regency Hotel, New Jersey .

    Freda earned an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Brookdale Community College – Lincroft, New Jersey.  He has also received certifications in the following areas; Certified Sommelier – Sommelier Society of America and Certified Food and Beverage Executive – American Hotel & Lodging Association. 
     
    The Kapalua Villas recently joined Outrigger Hotels & Resorts’ family of hotels as the newest addition of the company’s deluxe condominium collection. The property maintains the Outrigger standard of excellence with daily maid service, full kitchens, laundry services and air conditioning for total comfort. Rooms come in one-bedroom, two-, or three-bedroom Villas offering grand views of the ocean and fairways.
