Oversees non-profit association responsible for developing hospitality training professionals
The Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers (CHART, www.chart.org) announced that Mike Amos, FMP, Franchise Consultant for Perkins & Marie Callender’s, has been recently installed as the 40th president of the professional trade association.

CHART’s president is in charge of chairing the six-person Board of Directors. The position is also responsible for coordinating the annual budget and strategic plans and overseeing all activities; including two semi-annual hospitality training conferences.
CHART will host their next two conferences in Orlando, February 5-8, 2011, and in Las Vegas, Summer 2011.
