Seattle hotel management company renovates, renames and reopens downtown property
Pineapple Hospitality, the newly formed hotel management division of Columbia West Properties in Bellevue, Wash., is pleased to announce the opening of its newest property, Hotel FIVE. Previously the downtown Ramada, Hotel FIVE is an urban industrial-inspired boutique hotel located on 5th and Blanchard in the heart of downtown Seattle.
“We’ve combined Seattle’s unique culture with our signature Pineapple Hospitality service under one roof,” said Michelle Foreman Barnet, president and COO of Columbia West Properties. “Hotel FIVE is a great new place for business and leisure travelers to experience exceptional hospitality in the heart of the city.”
Pineapple Hospitality unveiled the first of two phases of its renovation to the downtown property in May 2011.The first phase of renovations included an updated lobby area and 60 completely renovated guest rooms now featuring hardwood floors, urban industrial art and furnishings designed by Interior Design International in Seattle. The second phase is scheduled to be completed in early 2012.
When both phases are complete, Hotel FIVE will offer 116 urban industrial-inspired guest rooms in the heart of downtownSeattle. Hotel FIVE will be conveniently located near popular tourist attractions like Seattle Center and Pike Place Market, as well as being centered between the business hubs of downtown Seattle and bustling South Lake Union.
Hotel FIVE is managed by Pineapple Hospitality, the new hotel management division of Columbia West Properties, a property management company in Bellevue, Wash.
