  • Hilton Garden Inn Hospitality Group To Design New Ballroom Facilities for the Hilton Garden Inn, New York/Staten Island

Nancy J. Ruddy and John Cetra of CetraRuddy announced that their Hospitality Group, a division of the award-winning architectural and interior design firm, has been retained to design a banquet and late-night club at the Hilton Garden Inn, New York/Staten Island, a property owned and operated by The Nicotra Group.

CetraRuddy will design approximately 20,000 square feet of new ballroom facilities above a six-story guestroom addition in this already successful hotel. The design will include a new ground floor entry lobby and lounge, a double-height 8,500 square foot glass-enclosed ballroom and wedding guestroom suites. The project also includes an indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge, with a soaring ceiling, panoramic views and an exciting late night menu, to be used in conjunction with the banquet facilities. There is also a late-night lounge serving a full food and beverage menu. These unique spaces will be a chic, new destination for the area.

The project is anticipated to be completed in Spring 2012.
