    Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels advises Louvre Furnishings in management contract negotiations

    The hotel will be an iconic project, featuring various distinctive design styles and complemented with seven choice food and beverage outlets, a 1,100-square metre pillar-less ballroom and expansive

    meeting and exhibition space as well as a full range of recreational facilities, including So Spa by Sofitel, an indoor pool, a yoga studio and a fitness centre. 

    Mr Andreas Flaig, Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels and head of the Firm’s operations in China said, “Foshan is the furniture trading hub of China. The country’s largest steel and iron trading centre is also located in Foshan. We believe that Sofitel Foshan is very strategically located to

    tap these demand sources. The appointment of Accor by Louvre Furnishings means that even the needs of the most discerning business traveller or meeting attendee will be met by the renowned hospitality standards of the Sofitel brand.”

    Sofitel Foshan will be part of a mixed-use skyscraper, which when completed, will stand at 236 metres to become Foshan’s tallest landmark. It will be connected to Louvre International Furniture Exhibition Centre – China’s largest furniture mall – which is wholly owned and operated by Louvre Furnishings. “Louvre Furnishings is a partner committed to quality and we believe the same commitment will contribute to the future success of Sofitel Foshan.
