Sol Meliá has officially inaugurated the four star Tryp León Hotel, with 127 rooms located in the residential area of “Eras de Renueva”, alongside the new Castilla y León Museum of Contemporary Art and near the city Auditorium.
The event was attended by the Mayor of León, Mario Amilibia, the Councilor for the Economy in the Castilla y León government, Isabel Carrasco, the Executive Vice President of Sol Meliá’s European Division, Andrés Encinas, as well as a large number of personalities from the business and arts world in León.
The opening of the Tryp León is another step towards the achievement of Sol Meliá growth and development plans, aimed at further strengthening its market leadership position in Spain through new hotels in new destinations. This is the company’s first hotel in León, and is the tenth hotel in the province of Castilla y León.
