Radisson Blu Hotel Chisinau in Moldova to Open in 2013

Chisinau is the capital city of Moldova – the 70th country across Europe, the Middle East and Africa where Rezidor is present. The existing hotel featuring 145 guest rooms will be fully renovated before opening under the Radisson Blu flag in 2013. It will be the first internationally branded hotel in Chisinau.

The local infrastructure of Moldova is on its way to be modernized supported by major foreign direct investments. Chisinau is the capital and the most economically-developed city of the country. The city’s economy is mainly centered on the secondary and tertiary sector which will drive hotel demand.

The first class Radisson Blu Hotel, Chisinau will offer 145 rooms and suites (all of them including Radisson Blu signature services such as free high speed internet access), one restaurant, two bars, and a wellness centre. In addition, the 600sqm meeting and conference space will make it one of Chisinau’s preferred establishments for corporate and private events. The hotel will enjoy and excellent location in the heart of Chisinau, close to tourist attractions and office buildings, making it attractive for leisure as well as business travelers.
