    The Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers (CHART) announced the dates and locations of its 2013 hospitality training conferences:

            85th Semi-Annual CHART Hospitality Training Conference
    February 23-26, 2013
    The Westin San Diego Hotel, San Diego, CA
     
    86th Semi-Annual CHART Hospitality Training Conference
    July 20-23, 2013
    InterContinental Miami Hotel, Miami, FL
     

    These conferences are the premier gathering of hotel trainers, restaurant trainers and human resources professionals who meet to learn from inspiring keynote speakers, participate in interactive educational break-out sessions, network together, and share best practices.

    Each three-day conference and one pre-conference day provides opportunities for both personal and professional growth and includes relevant and timely industry educational topics, such as improving operational performance, trainer competencies, e-learning, team building, employee retention, training solutions, employee performance, leadership success, coaching, engaging facilitation, and customer service/loyalty.

    In addition to the learning sessions, CHART conferences incorporate a community service event, where attendees can work side by side to give back to the host community.
