These promotions are important next steps in positioning our company for future growth and well-deserved recognition for valued members of our team.”

    The promotions are:

    • Robert Levy - Senior Vice President, Asset Development Division
      Levy joined DHC in 2001 and will now assume administrative responsibilities for capital improvements, in addition to underwriting new development projects, coordination of property transition and quarterly asset review. He also will handle all brand relations for DHC and working closely with them to form and change policies.
    • Randall King - Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Development
      King joined DHC in 2001 as the general manager for the Embassy Suites O’Hare. In his new role, he will oversee revenue generation for all hotels and serve as a liaison with equity partners on all hotel revenue matters. King also will focus on marketing Dow Hotel Corporation for new business, investment partners and management contracts.
    • David Fincannon – Vice President of Operations
      Fincannon, who joined DHC in 2003 as general manager of the Embassy Suites O’Hare, now will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the entire DHC portfolio, ranging from full profit and loss responsibilities to owner relations and property-level associate relations.
