Sage Restaurant Group Announces Corporate Director of Beverage Louis Esposito

  • Sage Restaurant Group (SRG announces the internal promotion of Louis Esposito to the role of Corporate Director of Beverage.

    Joining Sage Restaurant Group in 2008, Esposito first came on board at SRG as food and beverage manager at the Nines, a Luxury Collection Hotel, in Portland, OR. Here, he played a pivotal role in the openings of both successful on-site SRG restaurant properties: Urban Farmer Steakhouse and Departure Restaurant and Lounge. With additional professional tenures in hospitality management; an academic background in hospitality management, catering management, and culinary arts; as well as work in SRG’s financial sector, Esposito brings more than six years of knowledge and experience to his new role.
     
    As the Corporate Director of Beverage, Esposito will be responsible for managing the corporate beverage purchasing programs in order to achieve customer satisfaction; quality service; compliance with corporate and franchise policies; federal, state, and local regulations; all while meeting and exceeding SRG financial goals. He will be lead the charge for short and long term planning, as well as day-to-day operation of the corporate beverage program within SRG’s nine restaurant properties.
