Woolley's Classic Suites, a new chain of all-suite hotels founded by legendary hotelier Robert E. Woolley, has begun construction on its first hotel near Denver International Airport (DIA) in Aurora's Gateway Office Park. The first Woolley's Classic Suites is a four-story hotel featuring 187 guest suites and four executive suites, offering a compelling addition to lodging options available to the millions of overnight visitors annually to the area.

The first Woolley's Classic Suites will welcome guests through a lush, oasis-style atrium and will offer complimentary breakfasts and cocktail hours every day, both hallmarks of the Woolley tradition. Hotel facilities will also include seven flexible meeting spaces totaling 5,000 square feet.

The hotel projects a spring 2014 opening and will begin accepting reservations in summer/fall 2013 at info@wcshotels.com.

"Our new collection of all-suite hotels offers the combination of well-appointed comfort, attentive guest services and value that modern travelers seek," said Founder, President and CEO Robert E. Woolley. "With decades of successful experience in the lodging industry, our team now embarks on Woolley's Classic Suites. We are proud to launch in Denver, one of the most active travel destinations in the U.S."

Financing for the first Woolley's Classic Suites is provided by FirstBank, the largest locally owned banking organization in Colorado.

"For 50 years, FirstBank has supported local economies by helping to make Colorado an affordable, viable place for companies to grow," said Adam Sands, FirstBank's Denver Market Vice President. "We are proud to work with Woolley's Classic Suites and are proud of the impact this relationship will have on the broader community through job creation and contributions to the local economy."

Alliance Construction Solutions (ACS) of Denver is serving as the contractor for the hotel.

Woolley's Classic Suites is currently interviewing candidates for its management and sales leadership team. Qualified hospitality industry professionals should submit resumes to info@wcshotels.com. When fully staffed at opening, Woolley's Classic Suites will operate with a staff of more than 200 full- and part-time employees.
