Asia Hotel Investments is suing international hotel chain, Starwood Hotels, for breach of contract over the right to manage a Bangkok hotel.
The investment company alleges Starwood entered into a management contract for Grand Pacific Hotel, now known as Westin Grande Sukhumvit, within 12 months of its Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention Agreement
