Baymont Inn & Suites in Lawton, Okla., Signs New Management Agreement |

Scott Hospitality Services to Manage 66-Room Property |
LAWTON, OKLA. — (SEPTEMBER 3, 2003) A management company with strong expertise in guest service has entered into a management agreement with Baymont Inn & Suites in Lawton. Scott Hospitality Services, based in Lee's Summit, Mo., will operate the
66-guestroom property for Baymont franchisee C.M. Patel and other partners.
Patel, who owns four hotels, including interest in another Baymont in Dickson, Tenn., said Scott Hospitality Services was recommended by one of the investors in the property.
"We are eager to match our hospitality with the hospitality for which Baymont has become known across the nation," said Greg Scott, president of Scott Hospitality Services. "Baymont is a tremendous organization with a tremendous support staff that is extremely franchisee friendly."

The Lawton Baymont has an exercise room, indoor pool, voicemail and Ovations Rooms, Baymont's upscale guestroom with specialized amenities.
