YMCA of the Rockies comprises two multi-lodge properties in Colorado--Estes Park Center and Snow Mountain. Estes Park Center has a guest capacity of more than 3,500, with 10 lodges and more than 215 cabins and vacation homes. Snow Mountain Ranch accommodates 1,200 -1,500 guests in 55 cabins/vacation homes and 3 lodges. The operation at both properties utilizes a single Maestro Multi-Property PMS on one integrated database. The properties offer group accommodations and share an equally strong focus on families. YMCA of the Rockies offers many unique services and programs for families. Family programs include Project Sanctuary, which helps soldiers returning from active duty reintegrate with their families; and Staff for Kids, which provides tens of thousands of dollars, donated by YMCA staff, to scholarships for under-privileged kids to attend the property’s day camps and resident camp.

The largest part of YMCA of the Rockies’ operation is its group segment. Seventy-five percent of reservations originate on the properties' customized group landing pages from Maestro’s ResWave2 online direct booking engine. NORTHWIND’s team creates a personalized online booking experience for each group and event. This makes them feel special and valued. ResWave2 records activity on each group block to maintain accurate availability and provides a custom, easy-to-use booking page with property information, event information and rooming options.
