Karisma Hotels & Resorts announced the introduction of Generations Riviera Maya by Karisma in February 2014. The latest addition to the newly-launched Generations Resorts by Karisma brand, Generations Riviera Maya will feature all-suite oceanfront accommodations – the largest in the Riviera Maya at 1,200 square feet – with unlimited butler service, and swim-up infinity suites up from the first to fourth floors. As a part of the Gourmet Inclusive concept, Generations Riviera Maya will include gourmet à la carte meals, premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and 24-hour room service.
Offering the highest level of customized service, Generations Riviera Maya is located on a secluded beach only steps from El Dorado Casitas Royale facing the beautiful Mexican Caribbean. Generations Riviera Maya will offer 144 oversized oceanfront suites measuring upwards of 1,200 square feet. Each suite features spacious living areas, providing guests with a comfortable setting that fosters togetherness with the option of adjoining other suites or converting into two or three-bedroom apartments to accommodate large groups. Designed with contemporary Caribbean décor and unique accents inspired by Mexican culture, Generations Riviera Maya boasts 17 suite categories, all with spectacular oceanfront views of the azure blue waters and white sand beach. Swim-up Suites are offered on the first through fourth floors; those on the first floor will have the added luxury of a water-mirror balcony from which guests can step directly into a unique lazy river that connects to the main pool with swim-up bar.
Deluxe amenities will include 24-hour room service, oversized balcony or terrace, Jacuzzi for two, 42” LCD TV with satellite, WiFi, DVD player and iPod docking alarm clock. Additional room comforts will include AC, bathrooms with double sinks, hair dryer, plush bathrobes either one king or two double beds, safety deposit box, minibar, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, direct dial telephone, a vanity mirror and ample closet space. All suites will be accessible by both stairs and an elevator. Families with children will be able to travel carefree by taking advantage of the resort’s Gourmet Inclusive baby amenities, including strollers, cribs, pack and plays, changing tables, monitors, bottle warmers, baby bathrobes, and more.

Generations Riviera Maya will provide unmatched personal service from booking to departure, beginning with an online advance selection to ensure that guests’ personal dining preferences are immediately available upon arrival. Offering the ultimate in convenience, butler service will offer guests in-room check in, luggage unpacking services, and a complimentary steam of guests’ first five pieces of clothing. Throughout guests’ visits, personal and beach butlers will attend to every aspect of the vacation so guests don’t have to, including booking dinner reservations and spa treatments, serving family style meals in-suite, and delivering lunch, sunscreen and reading materials to the pool or beachside.
Eko Kid’s Club
For children, Generations Riviera Maya will offer Eko Kid's Club, featuring supervised activities for kids aged 4 to 12 years showcasing fun and educational activities with an environmentally-friendly twist. Eko Kid’s Club will include a movie area, craft station, library, gaming consoles, and more. For infants and toddlers, Baby Beach Lounges will provide a shady respite from the sun complete with toys and nanny service, so that adults can enjoy some quiet beach time.
As part of the Gourmet Inclusive experience, Generations Riviera Maya will invite guests to experience à la carte tastes near and far at any of its four restaurants and two lounges, including casual, shared fare at Chef Market, traditional Mexican “street” style cuisine and tableside games at Palapa Bar & Restaurant, cozy, family-style Pan-Asian cuisine at China Table, a fresh Mediterranean menu at , and gourmet chocolate bites at Cacao Lobby Lounge. Come December, guests will relax and refresh in the sun at the resorts’ oversized pool and swim-up bar and lounge, , with additional amenities to follow.
Generations Riviera Maya is available for immediate booking for stays starting February 2014. Rates begin at $289 per adult, per night based on double occupancy and $67 per child, per night for 2013-2014, including the Gourmet Inclusive experience featuring gourmet à la carte meals, premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, 24-hour room service, and full service concierge. Rates are inclusive of taxes and fees.
