Comfort Suites Hotel Opens In Elk Grove, Calif. |

ELK GROVE, Calif. (Sept. 23, 2003) - A new Comfort Suites hotel opened this month here at 2460 Maritime Drive. |
Owned and operated by Surama Hospitality LLC of Dublin, Calif., the hotel features 65 suites with king- or queen-size beds, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, 27-inch remote controlled cable television, large workdesk, free high-speed Internet access, voice mail, separate living area with a pullout sofabed, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
The hotel features an outdoor pool and hot tub; business center equipped with computer with Internet access, copier and facsimile machine; meeting room that can accommodate up to 40 people; executive boardroom that can accommodate up to 10 people; exercise facility; gift shop and guest laundry services.
Rates begin at $109 and include a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast. Children, ages 18 and under, stay for free when accompanied by an adult.
Discounts are available when booked in advance on a space-available basis for seniors, American Automobile Association members, business travelers, government and military personnel and groups.
The Comfort Suites hotel is located 12 miles from downtown Sacramento. Nearby attractions include American River, Arco Arena and Sacho Convention Center.
“The southern Sacramento area was in great need of lodging,” said Chantel Soberano, the hotel’s general manager. “The new Comfort Suites hotel will provide guests with a great place to stay and we are committed to making sure that their stay will far exceed their expectations.”
