First Call Hospitality Dawn Romeo has been named General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas West, an 89-room and suite property, located 15 minutes from downtown Dallas off of Interstate 30.  This is Dawn’s fourth General Manager position in her 9-year career, having previously managed limited-service and full-service IHG and Hilton hotel properties.

“Dawn has the right combination of skills and experience to lead this hotel,” said Heidi Wilcox, Chief Executive Officer, First Call Hospitality, Inc., which manages the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. “And when you add her stellar customer service record and proficient management background, she is the perfect fit.  We’re thrilled to have her aboard.”

In addition to her aforementioned hospitality experience, Dawn was the Lead Representative for AT&T in Austin, leading the development and direction for sales and customer service for a 94-person team.  She has also worked for Integrated Hotel Solutions Inc. in Houston where she led overall operations for several branded hotels including Hilton, IHG, Best Western and Choice properties.

Dawn studied Business Management from the San-Fernando Technical Institute and Hospitality Management from the University of Houston.  She holds Certificates of General Manager and Sales & Marketing from IHG Training and Hilton Training facilities.
