Value Place Opens New Build Hotel in Jacksonville Florida

Value Place Value Place has announced the grand opening of a newly constructed hotel in Jacksonville, Fla., located at 10520 Balmoral Circle West. This property is the latest to open as part of a national growth strategy.

Value Place Jacksonville North

Value Place Jacksonville North was developed with efficient design elements such as LED lighting, easily-maintained sound-dampening laminate wood flooring, and energy-conscious appliances. The hotel design lowers operating costs while providing guests an affordable, clean, and safe experience. Amenities available in each room include a large flat-screen TV, high-speed wireless internet, a full kitchen, and many other features that provide guests a comfortable stay for an extended period of time.

Extended-stay hotels are an appealing option for government employees, military personnel, business travelers, and construction workers, since their careers require them to travel and stay for extended periods of time. Retirees, students, tourists, and those relocating to the Jacksonville area can also appreciate the value of an extended-stay offering.

This hotel is one of three Value Place properties currently open in the Jacksonville area. The new property increases Value Place’s presence in the city and the southeastern United States where the demand for affordable, extended-stay hotels is increasing.
