Choice Hotels Canada announced that Nigel Lucas has joined the company in the role of Franchise Development Director, Ontario.
Lucas comes to Choice Hotels Canada with significant experience in the hotel and real estate development industry. Prior to joining Choice, Lucas held various roles including senior analyst, development at Delta Hotels and Resorts, project manager at Thomas Consultants Inc. and consultant at PKF Consulting Inc.
"Nigel's deep knowledge of the hotel development landscape will be invaluable as he recruits new franchisees and hotels into the Choice Canada family," says Brian Leon, managing director, franchise growth & administration. "We're excited about the new perspective Nigel will bring to our team."
Lucas joins Choice Hotels Canada to replace Paul Rice as he transitions into retirement after eight years with the company.
