During her career, she has distinguished herself in several leadership positions within Food and Beverage as she traveled to Nashville and throughout New England. For example, she was the Director of Food & Beverage at the Long Wharf Marriott and at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel before becoming its Director of Hotel Operations.

Over the years, Ms. Knowles-Mondello has not only honed her technique and experience; she has also developed a passion for mentorship. One of her greatest achievements, in fact, has been the cultivation of numerous successful leaders.
