Customer Contact Center associates of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE:HOT) yesterday celebrated the company’s move into its new office space in Wichita. Associates at the new office located at 4031 E. Harry St will continue assisting Starwood guests book reservations, provide Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) member services, support innovative customer programs – including the Ambassador Program – and support industry-leading work personalizing guest experiences.
“Our goal is take care of our guests and provide amazing experiences from before our guests walk through our hotel doors, while they stay with us, as well as after they’ve departed -- our CCC teams play a pivotal role delivering those one-of-a-kind experiences,” said Mark Vondrasek, senior vice president - distribution, loyalty and partnership marketing for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. “Since opening in Wichita last year, the great associates we’ve added to the local team have helped nearly 2 million guests with their travel needs.”
With more than 51,000 square feet, the new office easily accommodates nearly 500 new associates located in Wichita. The center continues to grow in order to best meet the needs of guests and will begin holding quarterly job fairs to identify associates who are dedicated, service-oriented and have a desire to contribute to their communities.
