Hunter Hotel Advisors announced today that the firm recently closed on the sale of three Marriott branded hotels for Apple REIT. The properties were located in the Southeastern United States: the 79-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Tallahassee, FL, the 79-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus, GA, and the 63-room Fairfield Inn located in Dothan, AL.
Each hotel was sold to different regional investment groups. “Hunter’s extensive relationships with all types of owners allowed us to match each hotel investment with the right firm,” said Teague Hunter, president of Hunter Hotel Advisors. “We have a strong relationship with Hunter and are always pleased with the process, and these sales are no exception,” said Sam Reynolds, executive vice president of Apple REIT.
