The Hotel Group (THG) announced a new ground up construction project in the Hyla Crossing neighborhood of Issaquah, WA. Located at I-90 just off exit 15 and SR900, the 122-suite, eight-story hotel will be owned by Rowley Properties, Inc. and will be managed by THG.
While much of the site and early utility work is already complete and the ground breaking took place, construction is slated for completion in the summer of 2015.
"We're pleased to partner with Hilton Worldwide to bring this award-winning, extended-stay brand to Issaquah," said Kari (Rowley) Magill, CEO for Rowley Properties, Inc. "Not only will it complement our existing Hilton Garden Inn-Seattle/Issaquah®, also managed by THG, but it will provide a new, much needed option for those wanting the comforts of a home away from home. This new hotel is very important for our community as it marks the first project implemented under a 30 year development agreement between Rowley Properties, Inc. and the City of Issaquah."
"Issaquah offers a unique combination of beautiful scenery and a thriving business community along with a collection of shops and restaurants," said Doug Dreher, President and CEO of The Hotel Group. "Together with Rowley Properties, we are excited to bring the value of the recognizable and well-respected Hilton Worldwide brand to the city."
When completed, the new Homewood Suites-Seattle/Issaquah will provide travelers with amenities and services to maximize their travel budget and help make life on the road more about life and less about the road. All Homewood Suites guests enjoy spacious suites boasting fully equipped kitchens, sleeping and living spaces, as well as complimentary internet, daily full-hot breakfast, evening dinner and drinks Monday-Thursday* and grocery shopping service. **
