Open World launches nine new destination guides for PATA |
|
Nine additional destination guides have been added to www.travelwithPATA.com . Each destination guide features sections describing history, culture, transport, activities, attractions, travel advisories, travel tips and costs specific to each destination. |
The newest featured destinations include: Vanuatu, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Siberia, New Caledonia, Mongolia, Laos, Kazakhstan and Bhutan.
Open World developed a travel advisory web site for PATA that offers credible region-wide information within Asia Pacific. After September 11th, the Bali bombing, the war in Iraq and SARS, PATA developed a global communications campaign designed to revive travel in Asia Pacific. Open World worked closely with PATA to design an all encompassing site, www.travelwithpata.com , which includes regional news, airline and hotel offers, travel advisories and explanations, weather information, maps and currency guides.
PATA President and CEO, Mr. Peter de Jong said, "travelwithPATA allows us to reach out to the end user and deliver an impressive combination of factual travel information and special offers on behalf of PATA members."
