Company officials say talks are under way to finance the Orlando expansion
Marty Belz, chairman of the Memphis-based Peabody Hotel Group, reportedly is talking seriously with at least two lenders to underwrite not only the Orlando expansion, but three new Peabody hotels in downtown Nashville, midtown Atlanta and the area around Washington, D.C.'s, new convention center.
