They will discuss forecast accuracy, pricing in a social world, best practices for transcending traditional boundaries in the revenue management role and successful leadership.

ROCET begins at 10 a.m. and continues until 4 p.m. A reception follows from 4 to 5 p.m. Registration is $345 for HSMAI members and $445 for nonmembers.
