Food And Beverage Concept Aims To Sets The New Trend In The Hospitality Industry |

Michael W. Brabsche, CEO of Sol Melia Hotels and Resorts China, announced the launch of "SOLLUX", a new food and beverage concept which will be implemented throughout the projects and hotels under the Sol Melia Hotels and Resort management in the People's Republic of China. |
The aim is to create a competitive advantage for hotels and resorts through an automated modular system that will bring food costs down to 20 Percent and therefore increasing the profit margins, which have been under pressure during the past years.
Michael W. Brabsche commented, "that it was high time for hotel and resort management companies to give back the competitive edge to the business, as well as to increase owners profit margins and yield ". "The hospitality industry has lost in many areas its competitiveness, which we are bound to regain through innovation and creativity here at Sol Melia Hotels and Resorts".
He was further quoted that "SOLLUX is a partnership with Electrolux the largest culinary events and appliances manufacturer in the world, utilizing the synergy of both companies in the areas of technological concept development and profit generation for investors and owners."
M.W.Brabsche further commented "the food and beverage Edolution is in the making through SOLLUX at all new Sol Melia Hotels and Resorts, which will set the new trend in the hospitality industry.
