Denver Corner Bakery Cafe Guest Wins $25,000 After Completing Guest Satisfaction Survey |

Debbie Cuccio of Golden, Colo., is $25,000 richer after taking the time to fill out an online survey about a recent dining experience at Corner Bakery Cafe at Denver Pavilions. |
Ms. Cuccio won the grand prize in a nationwide Guest Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes conducted by Corner Bakery's parent company, Brinker International (NYSE: EAT). Her entry was randomly selected from more than 425,000 surveys fielded over a three-month period from guests at Brinker's more than 1,450 restaurants.
Jean Birch, Corner Bakery President, and Jim Vinz, Vice President of Operations, will join the Denver restaurant's managers and employees Tuesday, February 24, at noon, to present Ms. Cuccio with her $25,000 prize. February 24 is also Ms. Cuccio's birthday.
Begun in 2003 and conducted quarterly, Brinker's Guest Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes was implemented to invite ongoing feedback from guests on their dining experience. After accessing the survey online with a customized pass code printed on their meal receipt, guests are asked to rate their dining experience on a variety of attributes related to food quality, service, cleanliness, hospitality and atmosphere.
"Knowing what your customers think about the job you're doing should be important to any business, and the feedback we gain through the Brinker Guest Satisfaction Survey is invaluable to the continued growth and success of our restaurants," said Ms. Birch. "We are very excited for Debbie, and we're looking forward to celebrating with her on her birthday."
The next $25,000 Guest Satisfaction Survey Grand Prize Drawing will be held in April 2004.
