Hotel Brokers International

Ascent Real Estate, a member of Hotel Brokers International, announced the successful sale of the Rodeway Inn located in Estes Park, Colorado. An iconic setting, the area attracts more than 4 million visitors per year.

Rodeway Inn Estes Park Colorado - ExteriorAscent Real Estate, a Colorado licensed real estate firm specializing in hospitality assets, worked with both the Seller and Buyer to negotiate a mutually acceptable sale. The Ascent Team’s independent status, along with their affiliation with HBI, allowed them to focus on the transaction - successfully negotiating and closing the property before it hit the open market. The Ascent Team places their focus on completing the deal and not “overselling.”  As a result of their vast list of hospitality professionals and investors and their deep local knowledge, they make it happen.
