Chartwell Hospitality LLC announces the grand opening of the 244-guest-room Hilton Franklin Cool Springs, the area's first full-service hotel built in nearly a decade.
Hilton Franklin Cool Springs is located in Franklin's Meridian Cool Springs Business District, a 60-acre mixed-use development featuring an abundance of office space and pedestrian-friendly retail and restaurant offerings.
The hotel offers a stylish lobby, contemporary guest rooms and six suites with floor-to-ceiling windows. Hilton Franklin Cool Springs is also home to the area's only roof-level patio, a heated pool and an expansive terrace with fireplace.
Guests and visitors can dine at Härth, the hotel's signature on-site restaurant serving locally sourced American fare. For a more casual experience, guests can unwind at the adjacent Härth Lounge, which offers an extensive small plates menu along with a wide-ranging list of wine, beer and craft cocktail options. The property also features sophisticated indoor and outdoor event venues with more than 6,200 square feet of flexible space and state-of-the art equipment.
"Over the years, Franklin has evolved into a thriving business center, and we have seen an increase in visitors looking for modern new hotel options," said Chartwell's President Rob Schaedle. "Hilton Franklin Cool Springs fills a significant void in the market of full-service upper upscale hotels in the region."
To mark the hotel's opening, Hilton Honors members who book at Hilton Franklin Cool Springs between September 26th and February 22nd will earn 1,000 Bonus Hilton Honors Points per night.
In addition to developing the property and the adjacent parking structure, Chartwell will also manage the eight-story hotel.
