Ashford Inc. (NYSE American: AINC) and J&S Audio Visual today announced that Jason A. Metcalf has joined JSAV as its Chief Operating Officer. In this new role, Metcalf will focus on accelerating growth opportunities at JSAV, as well as drive organizational scale and improve business efficiency and results.
Metcalf, who has over two decades of delivering strong financial and operating performance, joins JSAV from hospitality-focused Apple Leisure Group where he served as Vice President of Operations & Business Transformation. Prior to Apple Leisure, he consulted a number of companies in varying industries. Previously he held positions at Plutus Capital Management in London, SunTx Capital Partners in Dallas and Bain & Company. Metcalf holds a J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law and a B.S. Political Science, B.A. Economics and International Studies from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
