Huff, Niehaus Closes Two Hotel Transactions on December 18

Hotel Brokers International

Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc., a Louisville, Kentucky based member of Hotel Brokers International, announces for the second time in 2018 their involvement in the closing of two hotels on the same day. The December 18 closings include a fantastic Louisville International Airport Hotel near multiple demand generators and an owner/operator Hotel located in Indiana. Both hotels were exclusively listed by Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc. Brandt Niehaus represented the sellers in the transactions.

The 97-room La Quinta Inn & Suites Louisville Airport & Expo located in Louisville, Kentucky, was sold to Third Door Hotel Group, an experienced local hotel owner group. The transaction was conducted in conjunction with Ten-X, an online real estate auction company. At the auction price of $6,250,000, the sale represents an incredible opportunity for the buyer to operate as a newly flagged Best Western branded hotel after completion of renovations.

The 38-room Days Inn in Plymouth, Indiana, is located near Plymouth’s Industrial Park and the downtown business district. The hotel sold to a first-time hotel owner/operator, Ganesh Hospitality LLC, for $1,750,000. “The many manufacturing facilities, recreational and festival activities provide ample market generators for the new owner to aggressively obtain the Days Inn’s fair share of the market,” said Niehaus.
