Marriott International, Inc. today announced that a combined 144-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel and 88-suite Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in Knoxville, Tennessee is now open for business. Located at 210 West Church Avenue, the Courtyard and Residence Inn Knoxville Downtown hotels are owned and managed by Paramount Hospitality Management, LLC of Atlanta, GA. General Manager Mike Sellge and Director of Sales Ruth Lyons lead the management at both hotels for Paramount Hospitality Management.
The properties will share a well-equipped fitness center, a terrace with a fire pit and barbecue grills, and 784 square feet of functional meeting space to accommodate events for up to 126 people.
Situated in the heart of downtown Knoxville, the dual-branded property offers guests convenient access to the University of Tennessee, Neyland Stadium, the Knoxville Convention Center, Market Square and numerous shopping, dining and entertainment options.
