The wellness-inspired resort and hotel chain Fusion has announced this week that it will bring a Fusion to the oceanside of Bao Ninh Beach, Dong Hoi, Quang Binh Province. Located at the gateway to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park with Son Doong - the world's largest cave, the three-hectare resort will offer Fusion's unique all-spa inclusive service plus a range of original wellbeing-oriented concepts and services.

"Quang Binh is an up-and-coming destination," said Peter Meyer, Fusion's chief executive officer. "Exploring Son Doong Cave and the many other natural gems in the area will make this province the newest travellers' bucket list destination alongside the likes of Ha Long Bay, Sapa, and Hoi An."

Blending natural and contemporary design elements with a strong focus on earth tones, textures, and materials, the property's 60 well-appointed villas start at a spacious 132m² (1,421ft²) and range in size up to a palatial 800m² (8,611ft²). Each offers private gardens and plunge pools and either a sea view or an enclosed tropical garden. Ideal for couples, young families, or groups of friends, the low-lying resort will make full use of the stunning views, the surrounding natural vegetation, and the crisp natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows and an interior colour scheme of the natural world.

"Fusion Resort Quang Binh will be an ideal place for Vietnamese and international travellers who are searching for original contemporary design, a healthy and balanced resort experience, and a fresh approach to hospitality," said Meyer. "That's our primary aim with any new resort or hotel development."

Fusion's holistic approach to well-being begins with the "all-spa inclusive" service. As with every Fusion Resort before it, Fusion Resort Quang Binh will offer daily spa journeys to all guests at no extra cost. The resort will launch a new spa concept: Water & Earth. Supported by 10 double treatment rooms, the spa menu will include massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, plus body scrubs, wraps, and a signature mud treatment, all featuring 100% natural products.

Complimentary wellness activities such as yoga and meditation will also be offered, plus hot steam and cold plunge experiences for total rejuvenation and a healthy boost to the body's immunity.

"We always say that vacations are a great time to rest and relax," added Meyer, "but they're also an ideal opportunity to get fit, healthy, and active, all the while making some positive lifestyle changes to hopefully last long beyond a guest's time with us."

Fusion Resort Quang Binh will boast a selection of dining options including Fresh restaurant, the brand's signature all-day dining spot, the Zen Bar, and a seafood restaurant. All will offer indoor and outdoor seating with beautiful views of the ocean and a warm, casual, and friendly Fusion vibe. Bringing wellbeing once again into the spotlight, each menu will feature a carefully balanced selection of nutritious and attractive offerings.

Beyond an international morning buffet, served each day in the spacious Fresh restaurant, Fusion's flexible "anywhere, anytime" breakfast service invites guests to enjoy the most important meal of the day whether it's midday or midnight and whether they're by the pool, on the beach, or in their villa's stylish custom-made bathtub.

With the introduction of Fusion Resort Quang Binh, Fusion is expanding into all of Vietnam's top destinations, with a total of five hotels and resorts now in operation in Da Nang, Cam Ranh, Ho Chi Minh City, and Phu Quoc island. Besides Quang Binh, three more Fusion properties are currently under development for 2019 and 2020 openings including Darwin - a Fusion Original in Ho Chi Minh City, Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang, and Fusion Suites Vung Tau.

"Our growth continues to be fueled by a rising demand for quality wellness-branded accommodations," said Meyer. "Vietnam's tourist sector is currently among the fastest developing in the world. Quang Binh alone welcomed over 3.9 million visitors in 2018 and is expecting a total of 4.3 million by the end of 2019, a number that is only expected to increase in the coming years. We hope that Fusion Resort Quang Binh will bring a high level of service to the area's rapidly developing tourism sector, attracting domestic and foreign tourists alike."
