Marriott International, Inc. today announced that a LEED Certified, dual-branded 147-suite Residence Inn by Marriott hotel and 114-room Fairfield by Marriott hotel in San Jose, California is set to open today. Located at 656 America Center Court, the Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn & Suites San Jose North/Silicon Valley hotels are owned by InfiniPower Hospitality Group of Mountain View, California and managed by Johnson Hospitality of Danville, California. General Manager Josh Howard and Director of Sales & Marketing Maria Larios lead the management team at the properties for Johnson Hospitality. Preferred equity for the construction of the hotels was provided by Canyon Partners Real Estate LLC.
The solar powered, energy efficient properties will share an outdoor swimming pool, a serene outdoor patio with built in BBQ's and a fire pit, basketball court and putting green – all overlooking the peaceful water views of the San Francisco Bay. The property features a full-service bar centrally located in the lobby with light food options, two meeting rooms with a combined 1,125 square feet of functional meeting space to accommodate events for up to 72 people, and a well-equipped fitness center.
