CIP, a licensed Washington brokerage, represented the Buyer in the sale. Joseph P. Camas Hotel is a historic boutique hotel located in the heart of historic downtown Camas. This 24 key select service hotel was built in 1911 and renovated in 2014 and features both European and Ensuite rooms and luxury amenities. The property includes a light-filled atrium for events for intimate gatherings of up to 25 people. Conveniently located 15 minutes north of the Portland Airport, between downtown Portland, and the scenic Columbia Gorge. This property offers proximity to Camas' many restaurants, spas, shops, and outdoor activities, as well as hiking, biking, bicycling, snowshoeing, boating in the Columbia River or at nearby Lacamas Lake, fishing, golfing and more.
