Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the signing of a management agreement with OFEK Holdings (M.G.H.) Ashdod LTD to open Swell Beach Hotel Ashdod, Curio Collection by Hilton, the first Curio Collection in Israel. Pending approvals from Israeli regulators, the new-build beach-front property is expected to open before the end of 2021. With 84 guest rooms and suites, social event spaces that include a 400 square-metre ballroom and three meeting rooms as well as its prime location along the Mediterranean shoreline, the hotel will aim to be one of Ashdod’s leading hotels.

Home to Israel’s largest port, Ashdod is an established commercial hub and industrial centre. Swell Beach Hotel, Ashdod, which is designed by the renowned architect Lea Rubanenko and interior designer Daniel Hasson, offers guests a range of amenities. With 84 guest rooms, including six suites and corner rooms, the hotel’s modern design ensures the majority of rooms have sea views. Features include an outdoor swimming pool, fitness and spa centre, as well as an all-day dining restaurant, lobby bar and spectacular roof top bar with views overlooking the Mediterranean.
