Aimbridge Hospitality has entered an agreement with Multi-Employer Hotel Partners, L.P. Fund to manage The Marina Hotel in San Pedro. This marks Aimbridge's second management contract in the California market which strengthens the company's diverse portfolio and growth.

Following an extensive renovation, the property will be flagged as a Doubletree, a member of the Hilton Family of Brands.
Conveniently situated within the Cabrillo Marina in San Pedro, California, The Marina Hotel is eight miles from the Long Beach Convention Center and 20 miles from downtown Los Angeles, Newport Beach, and Irvine. Located at 2800 Via Cabrillo Marina, the hotel is close to such attractions as Terminal Island, Cabrillo Beach and the Youth Waterfront Sports Center. The hotel features 226 guest rooms, 16,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, and two restaurants. The property will undergo an $8.5 million dollar renovation that includes the addition of Doubletree's brand standards and brand-defining programs.
